TVMC will be hosted in person with hybrid components in Fall of 2024. We are looking for dynamic volunteer engagement professionals to join the planning team. The Conference Chair and committee members must be residents of Texas.

Qualified candidates will be notified in early December.

Since its inception, TVMC has been stewarded by three host organizations: VolunteerNow, Dallas Association of Director of Volunteers (DADV), and DOVIA of Tarrant County. Representatives from these organizations provide oversight, governance, and strategic guidance for TVMC each year. Senior leaders from these three organizations sit on the Advisory Council and ensure continuity and provide leadership to TVMC, which is a collaborative initiative between the host organizations.

The Conference Planning Committee consists of thirteen members including a Leadership Team with voting responsibilities. Each role is critical to the successful planning and execution of the conference.

Planning Committee meetings will be held virtually with the option to hold in-person meetings as needed. All Planning Committee positions will need to attend TVMC in person. Planning Committee Members receive complimentary registration for the event.
