This year’s conference will be a hybrid conference offering both virtual and in person sessions to reach as many leaders of volunteers as possible who work for nonprofit organizations or publicly funded agencies throughout the U.S. and around the world.

We are so excited to launch early bird registration for TVMC 2024!
It’s been three years since our last in person event. This year we are planning for over 300 attendees at the University of Texas at Dallas campus. In person tickets include two breakfasts and two lunches.
We hope you can join us as we bring together various demographics of individuals and groups who are actively driving positive change to collaborate, share ideas, and create significant, adaptable, and lasting impact
Early Bird Tickets are available until August 9th. After August 9th, in person tickets will be $230.
Virtual Tickets are $120 and will be open until October 9th.
We are offering a virtual ticket to continue to provide exceptional speakers and content to our global audience. All sessions will be recorded and attendees will be able to rewatch them for 2 months after the conference.

Conference Cost
We understand non-profit budgets are tight and professional development doesn’t come cheap. We have kept the cost as low as we possibly can. We also have a limited amount of scholarships available.
Early bird pricing through August 9th will be $160 for in person registration. Virtual registration will be $120 from now until October 9th.
