Facilities Chair
The Facilities Chair is responsible for prospecting, securing, and contract negotiation for conference and hotel location. Works on facility logistics and finalizes details regarding rooms, event set up, coordination of all speaker A/V needs and execution throughout the conference.

Virtual Chair
Did the pandemic make you an expert in executing virtual presentations and workshops? TVMC will once again be hybrid, having select sessions live-cast from the venue. They will research a platform, set up the event access, and monitor questions day of. They will support virtual volunteers who will be room hosts and help speakers in their sessions. Bring your skills to the table to ensure a positive experience for virtual speakers and attendees!
