This year’s conference theme is “Brave New World: Leaning into Challenges.” New unforeseen challenges continue to arise as we adjust and reengage volunteers in our programs. Our profession is changing and requires us to move forward with adaptability and ingenuity. Through this conference, we hope to lead volunteer engagement professionals into a world where challenges are reframed into possibilities by leaning into them with courage.
Attendees include volunteer administrators, executive directors, and other leaders in the field of volunteer management who are seeking inspiration and knowledge to increase their capacity, build stronger relationships with volunteer partners and rise to the challenge of ushering in the next “Brave New World” of volunteer engagement!
We are currently seeking a diverse range of pro bono presenters to submit a request for proposal to share leading-edge ideas, inspire creative action, and convey the fundamentals of effective volunteer engagement. Speakers receive recognition via the conference website, social media, and promotional materials. Complimentary conference registration for both days is included.
The proposal period will be open until March 3.
