To kick off this year’s 25th anniversary conference, we’ve partnered with the TCU Nonprofit Communicators Conference on Thursday, May 18 for an afternoon of pre-conference sessions on leadership development followed by a Networking Reception.

TVMC 2017 Registration
- Full conference registration includes all activities for both Thursday and Friday.
- On Thursday, attendees participate in a ½-day pre-conference session as part of the TCU Nonprofit Communicators Conference followed by a Networking Reception.
- The conference format on Friday includes an opening plenary session, an anniversary celebration lunch and four breakout sessions. Conference attendees can choose workshops from each breakout session based upon individual needs for professional development.

Who Should Attend? Professional volunteer administrators who work for nonprofit organizations or publicly funded agencies such as the Texas Department of Health and Human Services, municipalities, parks and recreation centers, museums and schools. The conference also welcomes anyone in the private sector responsible for working with volunteers including program managers, executive directors, development and communications team members as well as staff in community relations and corporate social responsibility.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund of conference registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee, will be made if notice of cancellation is received no later than April 14. Cancellation requests received after April 14 are not subject to refunds. Individuals who register and do not show up on site ("no shows") are also not subject to refunds. Substitutions will be permitted with proper documentation. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
Scholarships are available to members of DADV or Tarrant County DOVIA from their respective associations. For scholarship guidelines and additional information, please contact each individual organization.
The Texas Volunteer Management Conference will be held on May 18-19, 2017 at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
